Why We Built This
The backstory is simple. At Acuent.ai, we've spent years advising leadership teams on strategy and execution. We've sat in hundreds of quarterly planning sessions. We've facilitated Scaling Up implementations. We've seen what happens when great strategy meets mediocre execution.

Module 3: CEO Daily Briefing
A concise, AI-generated executive brief delivered to your inbox every morning. It synthesizes overnight data changes, execution updates, scorecard trends, and attention items into a 3-minute read that ensures you're the best-informed person in every meeting.
Configurable by priority, department, or time horizon. Delivered via email or available in-app.
Module 4: One-on-One Intelligence
AI-powered preparation for every 1:1 meeting you run. Before each session, the AI analyzes the direct report's scorecard trends, Rock progress, historical feedback, and behavioral patterns — then generates a briefing with suggested topics, questions to ask, and areas that need attention.
After each 1:1, upload your notes or transcript and the AI extracts commitments, themes, and development insights. Over time, it builds a longitudinal view of each leader's trajectory — the kind of insight that usually requires a dedicated HR analytics team.
Module 5: Quarterly Planning Engine
The flagship module. Before each quarterly planning session, the AI conducts structured interviews with every member of the leadership team. These interviews adapt based on each person's role, their department's data, and the company's strategic context.
The AI then synthesizes all interviews into a comprehensive planning document — surfacing themes, areas of alignment, areas of tension, and recommended priorities for the coming quarter. Exportable as a polished .docx for your facilitator, board, or team.
Module 6: AI Virtual Coach
An always-available, context-aware conversational partner for strategic thinking. Unlike generic AI chatbots, the AI Virtual Coach has full context on your company — your operating system terminology, your team structure, your strategic goals, your historical performance data.

We're launching with three tiers designed for companies at different stages of scale:
- Essentials ($2,000/month): Weekly Dashboard, CEO Daily Briefing, and AI Virtual Coach. Ideal for companies just starting to integrate AI into their leadership cadence.
- Professional ($3,500/month): Everything in Essentials plus One-on-One Intelligence, Quarterly Planning Engine, and advanced integrations. The full Acuent.ai experience. This is where most teams will land.
- Enterprise ($5,000/month): Everything in Professional plus custom AI model tuning, multi-entity support, dedicated success management, and API access. For companies with complex organizational structures or specific compliance needs.
All tiers include onboarding support and unlimited AI interactions. No per-user pricing, no seat limits within your leadership team.
What's Next
We're starting with a focused pilot program. The first cohort of Acuent.ai customers will be companies running EOS or Scaling Up with 25-200 employees who want to be the first to experience AI-augmented operating system execution.
Pilot customers get hands-on onboarding, direct access to the product team, and the opportunity to shape the roadmap. In return, we ask for honest feedback and a willingness to share results (anonymized) as case studies.
